1. About KpopEVM

KpopEVM is an independent fan-driven entertainment and community platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KpopEVM is not an official industry ranking and is not affiliated with or endorsed by artists, groups, agencies, labels, or other rights holders.

2. Voting

Unless a poll states otherwise, users may cast one vote per day per competition. Voting days and resets are based on UTC. Attempts to manipulate, automate, abuse, or circumvent voting limits are prohibited.

3. Vote Integrity and Corrections

KpopEVM may use reasonable security and anti-abuse measures. Fraudulent, automated, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise invalid votes may be removed or invalidated. Results may be reviewed, audited, and technically corrected when necessary.

4. Fan Nominations

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that a candidate will be selected. Duplicate, fraudulent, spam, abusive, ineligible, or otherwise non-compliant nominations may be rejected or removed. KpopEVM may review and verify nominations to determine eligibility and compliance with these Terms and applicable poll rules.

5. Poll Results

Final results are based on verified and audited voting data. KpopEVM may pause, cancel, correct, or modify a poll in exceptional circumstances. Tie-break procedures apply where stated in the applicable poll rules.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, users grant KpopEVM a non-exclusive license only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, and improve the service.

7. Intellectual Property

Artist names, group names, song titles, images, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Users must not submit material they do not have the right to submit.

8. Third-Party Services

KpopEVM may rely on third-party infrastructure and services. Their availability, policies, and terms may affect the service.

9. Prohibited Use

Users must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, automate voting or nominations in ways that violate the rules, or otherwise abuse the platform.

10. Disclaimer

KpopEVM is provided on an as-available basis. KpopEVM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every poll or result will remain unchanged in exceptional circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KpopEVM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from use of the service.

12. Privacy

Use of KpopEVM is also subject to its Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

KpopEVM may update these Terms when its rules or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
